We may introduce fees as the platform grows. Existing Pros get at least 30 days' email notice before any change, so nothing shifts without warning.

No joining fee, no monthly fees, no hidden costs. Clients pay nothing at all, Pros pay nothing to join, and we never take a commission. That’s it.

Free.

Browsing, messaging and asking for quotes are all free. You agree the price directly with the Pro: no service fees, no markup from Afrihelps.

Every Pro shows us a government photo ID before their profile goes live.
You only see Pros whose own service area covers where you are.
Real-time chat in-app, and their number once you get in touch.
Reviews come only from clients who actually made contact.

Pricing questions

Do you take a cut of what I earn?

No. Clients pay you directly on whatever terms you agree between you, and Afrihelps never handles that money, so there is nothing for us to take a percentage of. There is no fee of any kind at the moment.

Is there an activation fee?

Not any more. There was a one-time $99.99 fee that covered a criminal background check; we spoke to pros across the diaspora about it, listened, and removed both. Joining is free.

Are there any monthly, listing, or lead fees?

No. No joining fee, no subscription, no per-listing charge, no pay-per-lead, no commission. Nothing.

Do clients pay any fees?

No. Clients browse, message and request quotes for free, and pay the Pro directly at whatever price the two of you agree.
