Search by service and ZIP, or browse the Categories page. You’ll only see Pros whose own service area covers where you are. Open a profile, read their reviews, then hit Request a quote: a few questions about the job, and it lands in their inbox as a message they can price from.

Nothing. Browsing, messaging and requesting quotes are all free, and there’s no markup on what the Pro charges. You agree the price directly with them.

Directly, on whatever terms the two of you agree: card, transfer, cash, invoice. Afrihelps doesn’t handle the money and takes no cut of it. That also means we can’t refund a job on your behalf, so agree the terms before work starts.

Yes. Once you’ve sent a quote request their phone number is shown to you. We don’t publish it on the open profile, because a number on a public page gets scraped and the Pro ends up with spam calls.

Most pros reply within a day. You’ll see the status of every request under Your requests, and you’ll get an email when someone answers. If nobody does, send the job to a couple more pros. It’s free.

Yes, once the Pro has replied to your request. Reviews are public and are what the next person relies on, so the specifics help: timekeeping, whether the quote held, how the work turned out.

Start at Sign up as a Pro. You’ll pick the services you offer, build your profile, set where and when you work, then send us a photo of a government ID so clients know who they’re dealing with. It’s free, and most people finish in 15–20 minutes.

Nothing. No joining fee, no monthly fees, no listing fees, no lead fees, and no commission. Clients pay you directly, so there’s nothing for us to take a cut of. Full breakdown on the Pricing page.

A photo of one government-issued document: a driver’s license, state ID, international passport or permanent resident card. Upload it at the end of signup and your profile goes live straight away; our team checks it afterwards and adds an ID verified badge to your profile. Only our verification team ever sees it, and it’s never shown to clients. We don’t ask for your Social Security number.

By service and location. You set a travel radius per service, or hand-pick the ZIP codes you cover, and you appear for clients inside it. The preferences you set when joining also decide which jobs reach you, so a caterer who doesn’t do weddings won’t be asked about them.

Directly by the client, however you both prefer. Afrihelps isn’t in the middle, so there are no payouts to wait for and no processing fees coming out of your money.

From your dashboard. Your services and their work areas are listed there, and Availability sets your hours. Changes go live immediately.

No. Clients pay the Pro directly and Pros pay nothing to be here, so Afrihelps takes no payments at all and holds no card details for anyone.

When you request a quote, the Pro sees your first name, general location (city + neighborhood), and the service details. Your email and phone are never shared directly; messages route through the in-app chat, and you see the Pro’s number once you’ve sent a request.
